The more you know about the reasons behind being a vegan, the easier it will be to stay motivated and to keep going. You will have plenty of reasons, both logical and emotional. Whether you're concerned about your health or the environment, or animals. All the arrows point in the same direction, as long as you take the time to study and educate yourself.

GATHER RESOURCES

Gather resources. If you're the only vegan in the room, try to find other vegans to talk to so that you don't feel alone. Read articles, listen to podcasts, watch videos, and gather as much information as you can. The more you know, the better equipped you are to respond when the time comes.

The most effective way to turn your family and friends vegan is to never lecture them about your diet, but rather to be the best version of yourself. Once they see this and it sparks their curiosity, you then have a real chance at converting them, without ever asking them to do so directly.
