Good alkalising food is by far the best way to bring one to the right mood and allow for a nutritious meal and a wonderful sleep! Better yet if you can prepare it yourself, as we find cooking healthy food to be extremely calming.Have in mind that if you have good & loving intentions while cooking, it will make the food more delicious, and healing (This is our little secret).
